We have sent our crayons to a third party testing lab who deemed them safe for 12 months and above All our crayons use food-grade pigments and a real beeswax blend — meaning they're safe even if a little one has a chew. We do recommend adult supervision for children under 3 as some products have small parts.

Our bath crayons are made with a beeswax blend emulsifier and food-grade pigments. No synthetic chemicals, no nasties. They're hand-poured in small batches right here in Sydney.

Our pigments are food-grade which means they're safe if accidentally ingested in small amounts. Obviously we don't recommend eating them, but if a little one has a nibble there's no need to panic. If you're concerned about larger amounts, contact a medical professional.

Yes! We use natural beeswax, minimal packaging, and our silicone mats are designed to be reused hundreds of times rather than thrown away. We're 2026 finalists for the Australian Toy Association Environmental Award — sustainability is a core part of everything we do.

Our bath crayons and paper crayons contain a beeswax blend. If your child has a known beeswax or bee product allergy, we'd recommend checking with your doctor before use. Our Bath Colour Rocks do not contain beeswax and may be a suitable alternative — please contact us to confirm ingredients.

Bath Crayons are used to draw on tiles, the bathtub and shower screen. They're hand-poured with beeswax.

Our crayons are are suitable for ages 12 months and up with adult supervision. The Bee Long Crayons are particularly great for toddlers 2+ due to their easy-grip format. Silicone mats are great from age 3. Always supervise young children during use.

Our bath crayons are designed to wash off tiles, bathtubs and shower screens easily with water. On smooth, glazed tiles they wipe off easily. On porous grout or textured surfaces some colours may need a little extra scrubbing. We recommend doing a small test patch first if you haven't sealed your grout.

A damp cloth or sponge is all you need for most surfaces. For stubborn marks, a little bathroom spray and a wipe does the trick. The crayons are designed to wash off easily — that's kind of the whole point! 😄

Colour Rocks use food-grade pigments that wash off skin easily. The bath tub itself should rinse clean after draining — just give it a quick wipe. We recommend allowing the rocks to fully dissolve before kids get into the bath.

This really depends on how enthusiastic your little artist is! 😄 With regular bath time use, a set typically lasts several weeks to a few months. Store them in a dry place between uses and let them dry out completely after bath time to extend their life.

Our beeswax crayons work on any non-porous surface — paper, cardboard, glass, tiles, most painted walls, windows and more. They draw beautifully on standard drawing paper and colouring books. Because they're wax-based they won't soak into fabric but they'll glide smoothly on any hard surface.

Yes! On most smooth painted walls, windows, tiles and glass the crayons wipe off with a damp cloth. On textured or matte painted walls you may need a little more effort — a damp cloth with a tiny bit of dish soap does the trick. We always recommend doing a small test patch first on new surfaces.

Both use the same beeswax blend and food-grade pigments — the difference is size.

Regular crayons are typically made with paraffin wax — a petroleum by-product. Our crayons use a real beeswax blend which is natural, non-toxic and food-grade.

Beeswax crayons produce richer, more vibrant colour, are harder to break, and have a lovely natural scent. They glide more smoothly and last longer than standard paraffin crayons.

Absolutely! Our Bee Long Crayons are especially popular with toddlers learning to draw — the longer format is much easier for little hands to grip and control. The beeswax formula means they don't require heavy pressure to get good colour. A great first crayon! 🎨

Yes! Our beeswax crayons work beautifully in standard colouring books and on drawing paper. The smooth beeswax formula glides easily and produces rich colour without needing to press hard.

Store crayons in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Beeswax can soften in very hot conditions so avoid leaving them in a hot car in summer. A crayon tin, pencil case or the original packaging works perfectly.

The mats are A3 size (approximately 42cm x 30cm) — big enough to keep little ones busy but easy to roll up and pop in the included canvas bag for travel.

Simply wipe with a damp cloth and the marker wipes straight off. For a deeper clean, wash with warm soapy water and air dry. The silicone surface is designed to release the washable marker ink easily so your child can colour it in again and again.

Yes! The 8 included markers are washable and safe for children. They wash off non-porous surfaces and off skin easily with water. They have been designed for our silicone mats so we cannot guarantee that they will wash off all other surfaces - please patch test prior to use

Replacement markers are currently available separately in our store.

Our silicone mats are designed to be used hundreds of times. Food-grade silicone is incredibly durable and resistant to tearing. With proper care the mat should last for years of regular use.

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. Once we receive the item in original condition we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Once we've approved your refund it typically appears back in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. You'll receive a confirmation email from us as soon as the refund is processed. If you paid via Afterpay or similar, refunds follow their standard process.

Yes! Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. Express typically arrives within 1-3 business days for most metro areas in Australia. Select express at checkout to see the cost and estimated delivery time for your location.

First check your tracking number (sent in your dispatch email) to see where your parcel is. If it shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your local post office as it may have been left there.

Yes! We can deliver to Australia Post PO Boxes and parcel lockers via standard shipping. Please note that some courier services used for express shipping cannot deliver to PO Boxes — if this applies we'll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
